So, have you ever found a very good deviation made with copic Markers?
Well, I have... And I go: Man, Not even with all my life savings I would buy such expensive markers.
I'm not rich, I barely can buy colored pencils and basic stuff.

My good friend told me that copic markers are :bulletred: ACOHOL:bulletred: based...

So, after alot of experimenting, I finally managed to create a new technique using normal markers and making them blend just like copic.

The only thing you need is : your normal markers( like crayola) and a bottle of Acohol.

The trick is to soak the tips of the markers in alcohol until the ink has almost banished.
From there, you just paint on the paper and the colors will blend :D

PS: I have yet not mastered this technique.

No but i'm for sure am now :D When looking for substitutes to copic markers (because they'll cost me my first born TT_TT) I just kept reading that they're alcohol based so it was becoming a real dilemma because water based just don't blend like I want, but it only makes sense to use alcohol to do that XD if you don't mind me asking what type did you use? Just like rubbing alcohol or something else?

Yep, just that ^^
It's the same alcohol used on injuries ;P
The only marker I wouldn't recomend using with this technique is black; it really fades away for a while :B

I bet, but with black i'm not so worried about the streaking
